To bring our work at MaPS to life for you, and to help you understand how our values play out day-to-day, we have created a set of scenarios for you to read and think about. These will help you understand the types of situations and decisions you might realistically face while working at MaPS. For each situation, you will be presented with 3 different response options. Please select the action that you think you would take, and we will give you feedback on how well your responses fit with the preferred MaPS approach, and therefore how well you align to our values.

Please note that while we encourage you to complete this exercise before making your application, this does not form part of the selection process. We will not record your answers, but we hope it helps you understand a little more about our values in context and the central part they play.
